The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of ethical, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a creative, dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our CEO team.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for implementing our social media strategy, driving growth across a range of platforms, and nurturing our social following through community management.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Define a brand-appropriate social media strategy to increase engagement, visibility, referral traffic and followers across all channels
· Manage the social media schedule
· Work closely with the team to plan content and prepare posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and TikTok
· Manage and distribute video posts and reels
· Write, edit and optimize social posts across the different platforms
· Help Rapaport content find its audience on social media while staying true to its editorial values and brand tone
· Stay current and assess industry and social media trends, tools, new platforms, innovations, and best practices
· Answer followers’ comments and foster community interaction
Requirements:
· Mother-tongue level English/ Mastery of English grammar and spelling
· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role – a minimum of 5 years of experience
· Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and TikTok and all of their functions
· Ad management including segmentation of groups, specifically on LinkedIn
· Understanding of the unique psychology of each social platform and how Rapaport can maximize its presence on each
· Working knowledge of leading social media and design apps
· Excellent organizational skills
· A creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail
