We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our organization. The Human Resource Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This person will also support the COO, offering administrative and technical support to make sure that assigned projects are completed on time and on budget. Performing data entry, data mining for various department reports, and tracking project activities through completion.
Recruiting Scope of Tasks & Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify potential candidates
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews with managers and other team members
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and answering employee questions
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Project Assistant Scope of Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Operations and other members of management in extracting needed data for reporting purposes
- Create & maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, pivot tables
- Attendance at monthly meetings for minute taking purposes, including BOD, Senior Management, Provider/Management, and other meetings as requested
- Ability to compile data, analyze, and report on trends that affect our quality and patient satisfaction
- Ability to retrieve data and report on Quality Plan, PDSA’s RCA’s and QIM’s
- Participate in the presentation, interpretation and explanation of report content to various audiences including department management, workgroups, committees, and senior management
- Flexibility to work within multiple departments, on a variety of different tasks
- Exemplify commitment to and ensure work is operating in a manner consistent to the Raphael Health Center mission
- Create a positive, professional, service-oriented work environment for patients, visitors, and coworkers
- Treat patients, visitors and coworkers with respect and dignity.
- Maintain strict patient and employee confidentiality in compliance with RHC policies and HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assist with marketing material development, ordering promotional items
- Assist with building maintenance projects, such as fire and security, alarms
- Maintain and coordinate meetings for assigned Senior Management members
- Must be open to work evening and weekends if required
- Must have a valid driver’s license (i.e. to pick up materials for meetings, projects, etc.)
- 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong demonstrated Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects
- Ability to communicate with all levels of organization and seek out guidance if necessary
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9 and CPT coding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
