Job Description: Director of Operations (Construction)

Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our construction company. The ideal candidate will manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction operations, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project performance and provide guidance to project managers and supervisors.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior leadership.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for operational staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction operations management or a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in operational management and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field (preferred).

Salary:

• Salary will be discussed and negotiated based on interview & experience.

Pay: $200.00 - $350.00 per day
