Job Description
Summary: Responsible for overall administrative functions for the plant including accounting, inventory, customer service and plant technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Supports administrative areas of management.
• Inventory control of raw materials and finished products; data quantities, transfers, inventory and cycle count adjustments.
• Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.
• Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecast and strategic planning for facility.
• Manages month end closing procedures and quarter end physical inventories for the plant.
• Audits and requests payment of all vendor invoices.
• Works closely with the Production Team.
• Full-time positions as defined by Company’s Management Agreement.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Knowledge of our Titan systems.
