Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative & Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations in San Marcos, TX.

Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage daily workflows.
  • Work with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably in a Customs Bonded Warehouse environment.
  • Provide customer service support by handling inquiries and coordinating shipments.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, planning, and scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements :

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in warehouse administration or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, with experience in a Customs Bonded Warehouse preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
