RapidRatings is actively looking for a proven Senior Account Executive (AE) to join our exceptional Sales team and expand our GTM presence in North America.


The mission of the Senior Account Executive is to help create enterprise value for each customer through the deployment of our predictive analytics and reporting systems. Our efforts focused toward achieving this mission is on two core areas: 1) opening new business opportunities within the designated territory and 2) closing qualified opportunities with high rates of conversion to achieve quarterly and annual quota targets. This requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to engage with potential customers across all channels, keen discovery skills to identify leads with potential business problems that we can solve, and effective communications to align the problem with RapidRatings capabilities through a value-driven sales process.


A successful Senior Account Executive at RapidRatings never stops selling; top reps consistently sell through the first deal to help ensure value delivery after getting the first contract in the door, and driving towards significant Enterprise Growth after adoption is complete.


Expectations of Sales Activity

  • Strategically manage a designated territory in the US of Enterprise Target Accounts
  • Work with Marketing and RevOps to execute a lead-generation strategy focused on sourcing new opportunities
  • Work with Business Development Representative(s) (BDR) to execute a plan for targeted outreach toward designated high-value accounts and leads within assigned territory
  • Consistently achieve quarterly, and annual pipeline objectives and sales targets
  • Manage pipeline and opportunity stages in accordance with RR Sales Policy


What would make you successful?  

  • Minimum 3 years selling into Enterprise space, with demonstrable understanding of B2B sales process
  • Verifiable success in consistently achieving new business sales targets selling into Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Third Party Risk, Credit Risk or Risk Management fields a strong plus
  • Cross-functional experience working with partners and internal teams to drive opportunities and win deals
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS, Software Sales or Technology with an understanding MEDDPIC principles, and/or Solution Selling Methodology
  • Continuous learning to always improve selling tactics and strategies to increase win %
  • Professional presence as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication and negotiating skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field or relevant work experience
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time


*Salary - $150,000 - $200,000 base

 

Note: Our NYC office is open with continued options of hybrid on-site/remote working. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and we will work with you to explore suitable options. Expectation for this role, if in the NY area, is 2 days a week in the office.
