If so, we have the CAREER for you! Rapids Ford is currently looking for a Service Advisor to come aboard and grow with our rapidly expanding dealership! We are looking for a high energy, outgoing applicant who is receptive to new ideas and concepts. Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Service Advisor Job Duties:
- Generate service order estimations and quotes for customers
- Schedule appointments, and maintain an organized schedule
- Conduct post repair follow up and customer service
- Explain any cost & service time requirements
- Educate customers on work completed and any cost adjustments
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and follow up are required
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Proficient in basic business math including percentages
- Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary programs
- Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
