YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Decision Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing operations by leveraging Adobe Campaign Classic to design, build and optimize audiences for personalized omni-channel campaigns. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and marketing knowledge to drive impactful decisions and enhance customer engagement and marketing performance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Audience Segmentation and Targeting :
- Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to support personalized marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Campaign Classic (v7 / v8) and or AEP, AJO to create, maintain, and optimize audiences for multi-channel campaigns.

This range is specific to Detroit and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
