Raptor Pest Control customer service reps handle phone calls and emails from current clients. They answer any questions or concerns a customer may have regarding service and billing, manage the schedule and routing for our Pest Management Technicians, confirm appointments with clients, and scan and organize work orders.
We are looking for an energetic individual with great communication skills who is able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior knowledge of the pest management industry is necessary, but experience using PestPac is preferred.

Other Requirements
Applicants must have a proven track record in customer service and can demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills as well as being self-motivated.
For the right individual, there will be an opportunity for advancement into leadership roles in the near future. All new hires receive a drug test and background check. Applicants must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using PestPac with another pest control company is prefered but not required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service
- Call center experience a plus
- Background using Microsoft Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc etc
- Strong data entry and analytical skills a must
- Strong telecommunication skills are a must
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
Back Office Duties: (more or less responsibility depending on experience)
- Data entry
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Inventory Management
- Training organization
- Clerical Fleet Management
- Audits
