Position: Office Administrator / Customer Service / Bookkeeping
Our company is growing and evolving into new areas and we want a spirited, energetic, positive person to help us manage daily office administration, chat to our wonderful customers to answer product questions via phone/email and do QuickBooks work.
- What Kind of Time Are We Talking About: 40 hours per week
- What Kind of Money Are We Talking About: $25 per hour depending on skillset
- Where is This Job: Carson City, Nevada at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center Dairy Farm ***Full Circle’s compost site is at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center/Stewart Conservation Camp dairy farm. A qualified candidate must be comfortable and able to work at a prison dairy farm***
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Answering product questions and chatting with customers (email and phone)
- Ongoing office support (data entry, faxing, shipping/receiving, etc.)
- AR, AP, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation - Quickbooks Enterprise Necessary
- Monthly reporting: Includes Workers Comp, and Sales Tax.
- Quarterly reporting: Includes NV UI, 940, 941 and Modified Business report.
- Yearly Reporting: Includes 1099s and W2s.
- Inbound material management by verifying truck volumes/weights and for contaminated loads
- Scheduling product deliveries and product ordering
- Parts and supplies ordering
- Client relations, information gathering and spreadsheet management
- Tracking, calendaring, scheduling appointments and various projects
- Maintain/improve file management
- Build relationships with customers to understand product demands and requirements
- Drafting, proofreading, sending correspondence, bids and proposals
- Maintain strong brand and product knowledge of FCS&C (Be A Brand Champion!)
- Complement efforts of Operations Manager/Owner
Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Interest in “green industries/compost/recycling/gardening”
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve with minimal instruction
- Excellent writing ability
- Extreme customer service and satisfaction orientation
- Must be personable, flexible and mature (compost is partially poop; it’s OK to snicker occasionally)
- Ability and desire to learn new skills (on and off the job)
- Maintain an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset. Think creatively to find new solutions
- At least 2 years prior administrative experience
- We need an UP-TO-DATE resume (old, outdated resumes will not be considered … we like things fresh).
