We are a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion brand committed to creating innovative and trendsetting designs. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, stylish, and functional apparel that resonates with our diverse customer base. As we expand our team, we are seeking a talented Associate Fashion Designer specializing in Dresses to join our creative force. We work collaboratively in office 5 days a week to create a new product line for every season.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and design sportswear and dresses collections in line with brand aesthetics and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to bring designs to life
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Ensure that designs meet quality standards and production feasibility
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as needed
- Work closely with the Senior Designers
