Rarebreed is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to support multiple General Practice hospitals in our expanding network of Rhode Island and Coastal Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a drive to deliver. The right person will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This position is Remote with required travel to clinics within the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : create thriving environments in assigned hospitals and work hand in hand with onsite management to reach goals.
- Available during off hours and by phone to assist with problem-solving. Flexible with personal schedule to allow for rotating nights / weekends as needed.
- Client Service Management : ensure that quality medical practice and customer service guidelines are followed and assist in staff training to support these goals.
- Hospital Team Training : develop strong working relationships with all partners and stakeholders at each hospital, and work with them to develop strategic training programs.
- Human Resources : assist larger management team and People Operations team to provide excellent staff support and development.
- Financial Management : ensure that Rarebreed financial standards are followed in every hospital. Guides hospital leadership team to increase hospital revenue and EBITDA through the implementation of various marketing and operational playbooks.
- Monitor and review COGS, COS, and revenue goals with hospital leadership team. Guides hospital leadership team to increase hospital revenue and EBITDA through the implementation of various marketing and operational playbooks.
- Marketing Management : assist hospital leadership team with local marketing, i.e., events and promotions, rescue relationships, and advertising.
- Facility Maintenance : oversee that hospital facilities are clean and functioning and evaluate needs for equipment purchases.
