We are a growing workers’ compensation insurance provider and are looking to add a seasoned Project Manager to our team. This role is responsible for the coordination, evaluation, and implementation of assigned projects, cross-functional process improvement, and data quality initiatives across the organization. This position will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the goals and objectives of projects and process improvement efforts are met and deliver enterprise value.
This position offers a hybrid work from home opportunity (3 days office/2 days home). The successful candidate must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Three or more years of project management experience is required
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certification in project management is desirable, but not required
