Rat Pack University K-instructors use their experience and qualification to teach the FL Department of Agriculture Armed Security Guard course (G license) ****Must have the following licenses: Florida K.
- Develop a lesson plan and schedule for the Armed Security Guard course
- Teach via powerpoints and create student packets for classes
- Instruct and motivates new candidates
- Monitoring attendance and maintains the FL Department of Agriculture hours of training standards
- Recording grades and submitting reports to the FL Department of Agriculture
- Promotes class schedule
Qualifications
- Five years of experience teaching in the Security Industry
- Military or LEO experience in a combat MOS or Special Operations
- Proven strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and conduct courageous conversations
- Manage multiple tasks with the ability to juggle priorities in complex situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to solve problems with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites - PowerPoint and Microsoft
- Must have the following licenses: Florida K License
