Pay Range: $16.80/hr
Job Summary
Assist the team with maintaining daily workflow and overseeing your personal daily production to make sure the team and you are meeting the department standards.
Essential Functions:
- You’ll be reviewing documents, and we’ll need your attention to detail.Most commonly Final Documents from mortgage closings.
- Communicate errors and issues to management, settlement agents and internal departments via phone calls and email in a clear manner.
- Ability to pull and review individual pipelines via our encompass system
- Skills with excel or desire to learn Excel
Competencies:
- College degree or 3 years office experience preferred.
- Experience with Mortgage documents, specifically Final Title policies and Mortgages/Security Deeds, and/or settlement closing actions will be prioritized.
- Ability to work on-site in an office environment and able to lift/transport bins approximately 10-40lbs.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
- Great attention to detail on repetitive daily review tasks
- Phone skills will be needed.
- Independently able to work on tasks, but also communicate with team leaderships when needed.
