Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and potential improvements for the business.
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future business needs.
- Propose and design
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and projects updates to stakeholders & management.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 Years experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools & techniques.
- SQL & Business Intelligence Solutions Software experience required.
- General knowledge of GAAP Accounting.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling & documentation tools.
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Fishing or Outdoor Industry experience preferred.
