Financial Business Analyst

Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and potential improvements for the business.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future business needs.
• Propose and design
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and projects updates to stakeholders & management.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 Years experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools & techniques.
• SQL & Business Intelligence Solutions Software experience required.
• General knowledge of GAAP Accounting.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Power BI preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modeling & documentation tools.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Fishing or Outdoor Industry experience preferred.
