RATIO Design is looking for a smart, intuitive, and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team.
RATIO is a firm of dynamic, passionate individuals who seek to push the boundaries of design, service and creativity. We are a national design practice offering services in architecture, preservation, interior design, landscape architecture, urban design, and graphic design.
RATIO seeks a creative, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to support firmwide business development and marketing efforts, enhancing our visibility in a competitive market.
Based in Indianapolis, this role collaborates with teams across all studios—including Chicago, Champaign, Milwaukee, Denver, and Raleigh—contributing to marketing initiatives at local, regional, national, and international levels.
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, customized proposals, qualifications, and brochure packages.
Create compelling marketing materials that support business development efforts, incorporating strong graphics and tailored written content.
Maintain and update key marketing assets, including resumes, project sheets, brochures, and proposal boilerplate content.
Coordinate and manage scheduling for RFP/RFQ responses, qualifications packages, and interview presentations.
Collaborate with subconsultants and architectural firms on proposal and presentation materials.
Assist in maintaining pursuit and marketing data in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Keen graphic design sensibility.
Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with architecture, design, and construction terminology is a plus.
Portfolio, writing samples, or references encouraged.
