What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrative Assistant position at RATP DEV USA, LLC?
- Prepares new employee files, safety roster for Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, files active and terminated employee documentation, assist in requesting criminal background checks, and assist with tracking Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) information.
- Prepares and reconciles monthly reports for review by the HR Director and/or General Manager.
- Prepares, organizes, and maintains confidential files and records as directed by the HR Director.
- Prepares and distributes correspondence and reports as directed by the HR Director pursuant to business activities with the client and other outside agencies.
- Assist Human Resources with payroll or other confidential reporting needs
- Assist with any recruiting items, such as event planning and participation.
- Maintain total confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Other duties that may arise.
