Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a wide range of commodities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual terms to maximize value and minimize costs.
- Draft and manage contracts, including purchase orders, master service agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Onboard new suppliers and manage existing relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular supplier reviews to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation, alternative sourcing, and process improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of cost-reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget plans for procurement-related expenses.
- Track and analyze procurement spending to identify trends and forecast future needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the supply chain
What we think you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
