RBR Alliance is recruiting for a Director of Employment Services– This is a full-time position responsible for the oversight and development of the Blue River Services and Rauch, Inc’s Employment Services Department. The Employment Services Department is responsible for job development and job training for individuals with disabilities, creating opportunities for community employment. Qualified candidate must be familiar with Vocational Rehabilitation Services and have the ability to establish positive relations with VR, local schools, and employers within the community. This position is also responsible for the continued development and operations of the agency’s Drivers Education Program, which provides drivers education to teens as well as adults.
