Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role supports managers, employees and visitors through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. This role provides assistance for HR Generalist, HRBP of Manufacturing and Plant Manager.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

General Policy
Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Professionally administer and direct all incoming calls; maintains facility extension list.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, coordinates breakfast and luncheons upon request for associated meetings.
Prepare conference rooms and beverage stock for scheduled meetings.
Oversee the professional image and cleanliness of the lobby, front office general/community areas, conference rooms, front office restrooms, and front office lunchroom.
Negotiate and order office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies, maintain usage and inventory reports for supplies ordered.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
Follows and enforces all company and legal guidelines of document retention, protections, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Coordinate and distribute incoming deliveries and mail.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, shredding, etc.
Assist with office holiday décor.
Assist with coordination of company sponsored events.
Update and maintain all Human Resources reports including job descriptions, policies, monthly organizational chart, team member roster, seniority list, vacation/paid time off lists, etc.
Assist in employee relation matters (quarterly company meetings, superstar recognition, Voice of Employee, 7S program, etc.).
Assist applicants with pre-employment paperwork, collect and submit information for background checks.
Assist in employee new hire orientation training, completion of new hire checklist along with other training as needed.
Required to participate in monthly RMA HR Coordinator phone conferences.
Maintain all personnel, medical, and training files for each team member.
Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct.
Update and maintain all communications boards.
Other duties as assigned by the HR Generalist and HRBP of Manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications
Education:
Must have High School diploma or of equivalent value.
Experience:
Must have three years or more experience in administrative or Human Resources field.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and thorough.
Positive, dependable, friendly and “Get It Done” attitude.
Licenses / Certifications:
Valid driver’s license - required

Proficiency in English required
