We’re Hiring: Director of Talent Acquisition

The Purpose
We’re looking for a strategic talent acquisition pro who can think big, execute fast, and elevate the way we attract talent. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to understand, develop, and execute strategies that support the procurement of both current and future talent needs.
We need someone who can see the big picture but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll play a pivotal role in Workforce Planning and lead the charge in developing our Talent Acquisition Strategy.
What You’ll Do
Performance = Expertise Results. Let’s break it down:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy / Workforce Planning
Build clarity around critical roles and the skills they require by working closely with the P&C team, business leaders, and hiring managers.
Provide data-driven benchmarking with periodic SWOT market analyses to stay competitive in key markets.
Understand internal talent and external workforce availability to design sourcing strategies that close skill gaps and hit targets.
Serve as our employer brand ambassador—promoting our employer value proposition through job postings, career events, campus partnerships, and community engagement.
Lead all internship programs through partnerships with P&C, business units, and universities.
Evaluate and negotiate terms with vendors, agencies, and service providers—managing contracts and invoices to support a seamless applicant, candidate, and new hire experience.
2. Implementation, Execution & Compliance
Stay sharp on employment laws and build internal processes that ensure compliance while minimizing risk (think: job postings, interviews, offer letters, screenings, privacy laws, I-9s, and more).
Manage compliance for expat and visa programs in collaboration with legal and key stakeholders.
Develop smart protocols to reduce costs tied to recruiting firms and staffing agencies.
Oversee all communication related to job postings—internally, externally, and on our intranet.
Partner with the L&D team to integrate current recruiting trends and legal updates into leadership development.
Ensure full awareness and utilization of all required tools, systems, and protocols—always staying aligned with privacy guidelines.
3. Drive Results
Share talent insights, trends, and scorecards through presentations and reporting.
Analyze time-to-fill and retention data to deliver actionable insights.
Streamline the applicant journey—from first contact to first day—with a clean, simple, and consistent experience.
4. And of course… all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – Required
7–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a large, multi-site environment
Experience
5 years of strong leadership experience
ATS and system integration know-how (Dayforce, Nitrosign)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint = bonus)
Experience building effective teams and scalable recruiting processes
Executive presence and the ability to partner across complex organizations
Proven experience building and leading multi-specialty recruitment strategies
Certifications
Valid driver’s license and passport – Required
HR-related certification – Preferred
Language Skills
English proficiency – Required
Bilingual – Preferred
