Ravago is a manufacturing company that produces a wide range of plastic and rubber materials from high performance engineered resins to recycled post-consumer materials. We are looking for Production Technicians to lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements.
About the position:
- Run sample products on lab extruders and molders.
- Analysis of colors through spectrophotometer and color correction through the use of applicable pigment.
- Must be able to recognize non-conforming products and reject according to procedure.
- Know product lines and the customer’s specifications.
- Required to work comfortably with Microsoft Office, including MS Word and Excel.
- Required to work comfortably with both English and Metric systems.
- Practical and analytical abilities while able to multi-task.
- Laboratory equipment PM’s and verification.
- Train, coach, assist and verify manufacturing personnel to be able to properly perform in-process product inspections.
- Prepare customer certifications and enter SPC data from on-line and off-line testing.
- Follow all Quality, Safety and Environmental Procedures.
- Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards.
Education: A High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule: Two on, two off rotating 12-hour schedule, every other full weekend worked.

5. Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing.
6. Must have color vision.
