What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Digital Copy Operator position at Raven Printing & Marketing?
Raven Print and Marketing is seeking a top performer to add to our copy department. We are a 50-year old printing and marketing company; the position is at our facility in Lakewood, Colorado.
Our customers are top-level businesses that trust us to be dependable, delivering their printing, copying and mailing projects on time and as quoted. They expect us to manage their projects with attention to detail and frequent communication regarding the status of the project. Our customers expect us to work with them rather than for them.
We participate in the prestigious 80/20 Program, an alliance of more than 50 printers nationwide. We have earned the 80/20 designation by demonstrating exceptional quality and service and by maintaining standards in operations, training, equipment, software, worker benefits and working conditions. This program requires annual onsite recertification as well as participation in continuing educational programs.
We are looking for an articulate, disciplined, well-rounded individual who can take charge and manage a detailed workflow and who communicates effectively to translate customer requirements into production specifications. We offer an extensive training program, though the successful candidate must demonstrate proficient computer skills for e-mail, Word and other office applications. Knowledge of printing, copying and mailing processes is a plus but not a requirement.
The position is full time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an half for lunch. There are no weekend or evening hours. The pay range for the position is $19.5-$24.50 per hour.
