Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service

Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred or related field preferred
