Reports To: RavenTek Program Manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week

Position Summary
The Scrum/Architecture Technical PM Lead position will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program, providing support to other Units and Offices within the VA to ensure the success of the program's mission. The performance of the Scrum/Architecture Technical PM Lead position is key to RavenTek’s performance on the EHRM contract, and therefore RavenTek’s mission to support the VA.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with development and user teams to assess risks, goals and needs and ensure that all are adequately addressed.
- Ensure coordination with necessary stakeholders (e.g., Cerner, VA OIT, EHRM-IO teams).
- Gather, collect, and populate data on SharePoint for integration with Oracle Health, VistA and Non-VistA legacy applications.
- Provide recurring reports and metrics on completion of the cutover and transition effort specific to VistA and Non-VistA legacy applications.
- Engage with existing legacy system owners and business owners on integration projects.
- Coordinate and support various meetings, create meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.
- Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
- Provide Monthly Status Report (MSR) to RavenTek Program Manager by deadline provided.
- Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
- Complete required compliance training as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Critical Skills
- Knowledge of managing Information Technology related projects.
- Well-versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Ability to track cost, schedule, and performance progress.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work both independently and under supervision.
Education & Work Experience
- 10 years of professional work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
- Experience in the VA is preferred.
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records is preferred.

Work Environment
Employees will be working indoors in an office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.
