Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic, locally owned and operated in Eagle River, Alaska, is currently accepting applications for a Veterinary Technicians Assistant.

Skills and Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Excellent customer service skills- Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office)- Attention to detail- Strong work ethic, confidence and an overall great attitude- The ability to lift at least 40 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift
-reliable transportation
–familiarity with animal restraint is very helpful but not required to apply for position
–ability to draw blood and place IV catheters is helpful, but not required to apply for position
Priority will be given to applicants with previous experience in a veterinary hospital. Knowledge of IDEXX Cornerstone software is a plus.
