We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team, implementing automation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the testing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in developing and implementing automated testing strategies using Cypress.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior QA team members on best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress for automated testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with JIRA and XRay for test management and defect tracking.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
