We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Line Technician to support the maintenance and operations of our food manufacturing facility. This role is NOT a janitorial maintenance position. We are looking for candidates with strong industrial maintenance, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills to ensure our production equipment operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
ð§ Maintain and improve the performance of manufacturing equipment
ð§ Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
ð§ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
ð§ Operate and maintain standard maintenance tools
ð§ Perform emergency repairs and general facility maintenance as needed
ð§ Identify machine faults, diagnose malfunctions, and recommend improvements
ð§ Maintain an inventory of parts for assigned equipment
ð§ Work closely with the production team to enhance efficiency
ð§ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or related field
â
Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
â
Ability to inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues quickly
â
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
â
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle multiple projects simultaneously
â
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
