As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize our paid media strategies across multiple platforms.

Position Overview :

The Senior Media Buyer will play a critical role in driving RAW Nutrition’s growth by developing and executing data-driven media buying strategies across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns, optimizing for performance, and working effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Media Buying Strategy : Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other ad-supported platforms to achieve business goals.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth.
• Budget Management : Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency and performance optimization.
• Creative Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and align with the RAW Nutrition brand.
• Audience Targeting : Leverage advanced targeting strategies and audience segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right consumers at the right time.
• Platform Expertise : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and updates across Meta, Google, and other emerging ad platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting : Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to key stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively within the marketing team, sharing insights and aligning media strategies with broader marketing initiatives to drive cohesive results.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5 years of experience in media buying, with expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and other ad-supported platforms.
• Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to develop and execute effective media strategies that drive measurable results.
• Platform Knowledge : In-depth understanding of ad platform algorithms, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative best practices.
• Budget Management : Experience managing and scaling large advertising budgets effectively and efficiently.
• Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including cross-functional teams.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Proactive Mindset : A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Passion for Fitness : A personal interest in fitness, health, or sports is a strong plus.
