As a Service Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the agency referral and intake process. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless coordination and direction of calls / service inquiries, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s delivery service. Your role is essential in maximizing opportunities for people seeking services and their families to access the organization’s service offerings.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the agency referral and intake process
- Ensure flawless coordination and direction of calls / service inquiries
- Maximize opportunities for people seeking services and their families to access the organization’s service offerings
- Provide excellent customer service to service seekers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide regular reports on service intake activities to management
- Participate in training and development activities as required

Hours :
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Must be available evenings and weekends and flexible to travel in and around DuPage County.
Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in a Relevant Field. - Master's degree preferred - Previous Outreach / Intake experience required- Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish) - Excellent communication and customer service skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in a similar role preferred- Commitment to Person-Centered Excellence and the mission and values of the organization
