Ray & Gregory PC is a fast-growing CPA firm providing accounting services paired with strategic financial planning for business owners, executives and independent professionals in Tullahoma, TN and the surrounding communities. We are seeking a like-minded accountant who plans to build a career in public accounting.
We are seeking both full time and part time positions.
Responsibilities:
· Candidate will be responsible for the management of full range bookkeeping services for multiple clients to include, but not limited to, payroll, bank reconciliations, required quarterly filings (sales tax, 941s), required annual filings (940s, 1099s and W2s).
Education/Training/Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred or student who will receive an accounting degree within the next twelve months
Professional Experience:
· 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
· Experience in QuickBooks is preferred but not required
· Excellent interpersonal skills to include both oral and written communication
· Demonstrated critical thinking skills
· Organized with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
