Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial software, and the ability to perform comprehensive account reconciliations. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and will involve working closely with management to provide insightful financial reports.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using appropriate financial software.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliation, to verify the accuracy of accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights into financial performance.
- Assist in technical accounting tasks and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
- Stay updated on financial concepts and public accounting practices to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Requirements
- Know how to use Quickbooks to do all task in quickbooks suchs as payroll, reconcile, AR, AP, billing, and quarterlies.
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role within accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools used for bookkeeping and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including double entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members.
