What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee Sales and Finance departments.
- Forecast and meet goals and objectives for the department
- Buy, appraise, and manage inventory
- Ensure inventory mix and pricing to market
- Obtain and exceed budgets for Volume and PVR
- Drive effective merchandising of vehicles, including point-of-purchase materials
- Forecast market results by store
- Develop action plans to improve performance
- Devise monthly and annual goals for Sales Department alongside of General Managers
- Meet budgeted revenue and expense goals
