Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies as necessary to drive business growth.
- Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Skills:
- Experience in conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets.
- Proficient in payroll management and timekeeping systems.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
