We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in Employment Law to join our client. The ideal candidate must have substantial litigation experience and be prepared to handle cases independently from inception through resolution.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in Employment Law to join our client. The ideal candidate must have substantial litigation experience and be prepared to handle cases independently from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of civil, employment, and commercial litigation matters.
- Provide expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Represent clients in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies.
- Handle employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation.
- Oversee litigation cases, including intake, drafting pleadings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil trial attorney.
- Experience in Federal and State Court litigation is preferred.
- Proven ability in legal research and drafting pleadings, memos, and briefs.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Ability to bill a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- An existing book of business is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing a full caseload independently.
