The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, bid pipelines, bid calendars, and customer profiles.
- Identify and penetrate new markets and product opportunities.
- Establish a strong external presence within the Precast, Construction, and Architectural industries.
- Manage and coordinate the business unit's sales budget.
- Assist senior leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate proposals, ensuring all factors are considered.
- Review and verify contracts, purchase orders, and letters of intent for accuracy.
- Prioritize sales goals, enforce deadlines, and implement improvements for business growth.
- Contribute as an integral part of the senior management team, supporting overall business success.
- 5 years of experience in sales/estimating of Precast Concrete.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and engineering production documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of fostering strong business relationships.
- Active within the industry and local business community.
- Base salary is negotiable (includes a commission structure with a cap).
