Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Development
- Train and supervise Assistant Project Managers & Superintendents.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and company policies.
- Oversee construction from start to closeout, ensuring quality & safety compliance.
- Maintain project schedules, permits, change orders, and documentation.
- Monitor vendor & subcontractor performance and coordinate inspections & approvals.
- Approve vendor invoices & payment releases.
- Maintain logs for daily reports, compliance, permits, RFIs, punch lists, and contracts.
- Organize and lead project meetings with stakeholders & regulatory agencies.
- Experience in construction project management with budgeting, scheduling, and compliance expertise.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
