We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the account manager position is to formulate, recommend, champion, and implement customer account strategies which enable Raybestos to acheive its short- and long-term goals and objectves. As a result, and in support of this purpose, the account manager is the primary communications link between the customer and Raybestos. Supporting duties include managing or overseeing customer-related projects, communicating market and customer information, and supporting marketing efforts to research and develop new market, product, and service opportunities.
Education and Experience Required:
A business or engineering Bachelor of Science or similar degree is highly preferred (substantial industry experience may be an adequate substitution). Above average communication skills in English are necessary (an additional language is a plus). Basic statistical and financial analytical skills are necessary, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer skills are necessary (MS Project a plus). Minimum of five years of industrial marketing, sales, or technical product-related experience is highly preferred. Evidence of actively, successfully, and ethically managing difficult business issues is desired. Experience with large companies and overseas business practices is advantageous.
The ideal candidate would be located in Illinois.
