- Responsible for greeting each guest and swiftly seating them according to the server rotation.
- Must be an excellent communicator and engage with each guest during first contact and while taking them to their tables, answering any questions they may have in a hospitable manner.
- Need a working knowledge of the menu and an understanding of allergens.
- To satisfy our guest experience for dining in, host/hostess need to sanitize the menus.
- If not busy, assist the team by doing table touches, pre bus tables, wipe and sanitize tables, sweep floor in dining room when needed and restock napkins when needed.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Communicate shift issues to supervisor or manager on duty.
- Complete daily side work.
- Clean and sanitize work area before and after shift.
- Be a team player!
