Servers are an essential part of our restaurant. Our commitment to Fresh, Authentic flavors and exceptional service starts with our servers! Responsibilities:

- Taking guest food and drink orders
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks
- Delivering a great dining experience by resolving all guests' issues promptly
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
- Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special event
- Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments to manager, and returning change or credit card and signature slip to guests
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Communicate shift issues to manager on duty.
- Complete daily side work.

NOTE: Server position receives an hourly wage plus tips. As a company we guarantee a minimum average of $12/hour after tips.
