Join our growing team of Marketing Insights analysts who leverage data using a sophisticated marketing technology stack to help drive the performance of the business units we support. Under supervision from senior leaders on our team, you will have the opportunity to define business priorities, mine targeted opportunities, stage efficient campaigns, and measure meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Influence sales and marketing priorities through data analysis.
Data-mine using SQL-based financial data.
Stage efficient campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Provide scalable Tableau reporting to measure outcomes.
Communicate outcomes to stakeholders to promote iterative improvement of the campaign cycle.
Automate and monitor ongoing campaign initiatives.
Develops statistical models and methodologies to quantify or forecast performance metrics.
Develops algorithms and computational solutions as needed to support the business.
Performs data management and reporting of performance data.
Supports the implementation of model results and ongoing business processes.
Ensures data quality and reliability and provides feedback to business process owners and IT.
Engages with current systems and processes, interacting with appropriate teams.
Utilizes various sources and collects and analyzes information to support the modeling and analysis.
Collaborates with leadership to identify, define, and solve various problems and support various corporate initiatives.
Assists in the preparation of management reports defining the problem; documents the analysis and recommends courses of action to promote the best outcome.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
Basic knowledge and demonstrated experience of statistical models and methods.
Basic knowledge of large relational databases and SQL programming.
Basic working knowledge of SAS toolsets.
Basic knowledge and familiarity with data mining and visualization tools.
Applied utilization of Excel, SQL, Tableau Prep and Desktop, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis packages such as R and Python.
Simplifying and presenting time series and cross-sectional data.
Reading, analyzing, and interpreting common technical journals and financial reports.
Understanding of mathematical operations, including frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Respond to common inquiries from stakeholders.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Interpret a variety of technical instructions.
Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Communicate with internal customers and IT professionals effectively, both orally and in writing.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
