• Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office hardware and software assets.
• Technical Support: Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from business units.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new technologies and systems. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Software Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
• Data Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. This involves working independently.
• Emerging Technologies: Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
• Professional Development: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Industry Awareness: Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist literature.

• Business Process Support: Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.

• Project Management: Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and oversees activities to efficiently meet business objectives, working independently and providing technical guidance when required.
• Action Planning: Develops appropriate plans or performs necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements and providing technical guidance when required.
• IT Application Testing: Ensures that IT applications meet required specifications by designing, executing, and reporting on tests of systems and services, and providing technical guidance when required.
• Numerical Analysis: Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis and providing technical guidance when required.
• Information Management: Manages information throughout its lifecycle by designing and executing appropriate architectures, policies, and practices, and providing technical guidance when required.
• Technical Problem Solving: Monitors, diagnoses, and fixes technological problems, and providing technical guidance when required.

Skillset:

• Access Database Experience: Required experience with Access databases, including backend SQL knowledge to diagnose and repair database errors.
• Data Transfer Management: Ability to handle large volume transfer requests by reviewing daily moves file and importing into Access.
• Front-End Database Support: Assists associates with front-end database issues.
• Report Building: Builds and maintains reports as needed.
