Job Summary
Financial services firm in Plymouth is seeking a detail-oriented, organized person to join our team. The candidate will be currently licensed in the securities industry, and experience in the financial industry is a must. Clerical skills with a high degree of accuracy in math and numbers, and good attendance is a must. This is a great opportunity to spend your day in downtown Plymouth. Full time position includes salary plus insurance.
Responsibilities
- Enter stock and mutual fund trades accurately
- Update client data in computer system as needed
- Prepare client portfolios for review
- Contact clients for portfolio trades
- Open accounts for new clients
- Provide support to Branch Manager
Experience
- Current securities license (minimum Series 7)
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial services
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Maintain client privacy
