Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial planners in preparing for client meetings, including gathering necessary documents and information.
- Maintain and update client records in our financial planning software and CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for financial planners.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Research financial products, market trends, and economic conditions to support planning strategies.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates on their accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media management and client outreach initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance financial knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a financial services environment or as an administrative assistant (preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial planning software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
