What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Clerk position at Raymond of New Jersey LLC, Union New Jersey?
Raymond of New Jersey, LLC is a Material Handling Company, located in Union New Jersey. Currently seeking an individual who possesses the skillset and ability to process and control the timely completion, and accuracy of assigned customer billing along with related paperwork.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of approving and modifying both internal and external billing.
- This will include rate calculations, final completion as mentioned by the clients’ specifications, along with the contractual agreement.
- Responsible for credit memo entry and rebilling
- Prepares customer billing packages and reports
- Guarantees the appropriate closing of a job within a 15-day time period or other client time-line specifications
- Assists with the Service departments billing on an as needed basis
- Reviews and troubleshoots any issues with existing work orders
- Enters internal/external billing into the proprietary system and/or refers to the clients billing portal when warranted
- Communicates to the Contract Administrator all necessary special billing instructions
