About the Role :

In this critical role, you'll oversee every aspect of project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full lifecycle of high-value plumbing projects, from initial planning to successful completion.
- Maintain tight control over schedules and budgets to deliver outstanding results.
- Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to align on project requirements.
- Identify and resolve challenges efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Proven track record of managing plumbing projects valued at $25M or more.
- In-depth understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
