This role combines property management expertise with facilities operations oversight to ensure tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing both tenant relationships and building systems across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily property operations , including building systems, maintenance, landscaping, and parking, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Act as the primary contact for tenants , addressing concerns, enforcing lease terms, and managing after-hours emergencies related to facilities or property issues.
- Develop and execute annual budgets for operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate and manage property repairs, upgrades, and tenant buildouts , collaborating with construction and project management teams.
- Prepare scopes of work for bids, secure permits, and oversee contractors to ensure timely and compliant project completion.
- Conduct regular property and facilities inspections , focusing on building safety, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
- Lead emergency management efforts for plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and safety concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Supervise and train on-site maintenance staff , ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage documentation for purchase orders, work orders, invoices , and tenant-related inspections.
