Job Title: Storage Solutions Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Solutions Executive to join our team at Raymond West. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing programs, policies, and procedures, and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff in an assigned area, including planning and assigning projects/tasks, making hiring and disciplinary recommendations, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Develop, organize, implement, and oversee programs, policies, and procedures to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Provide leadership for assigned staff and direct job progress, controlling installation costs and ensuring accuracy of completed jobs.

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience in application design and/or installation of mechanical structural systems.
• Excellent management skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational time management skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, speak effectively before groups, and maintain effective working relationships with employees, coworkers, and managers.
