Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the storage facility, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide excellent customer service, helping clients with rentals, payments, and general inquiries.
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and secure.
- Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing.
- Assist customers in choosing the right storage unit for their needs.
- Handle rental agreements, process payments, and complete administrative tasks.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in self storage management preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating fees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Sitelink software is a plus.
- Background in collections is helpful.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Morning and daytime shifts available
